For Our Key Holding Service, Each client is issued with a 4-digit pin number and we only give the key out on provision of an E-mail from the client and the pin number from their guest/tenant thus ensuring the security of the property.

Not only can we arrange everything to do with the rental of your apartment, but we can also advertise it here on our website.MARBELLA MAN FRIDAY have a booking service, so, all you have to do is let us look after all the business involved in the rental or key holding service requirements.

There is minimal charge for our key holding service, letting guests into a property and showing them how everything works once a pre designated time has been agreed. This fee also covers key collection service and checking your property before guests leave. We are also contactable by phone at all times while guests are using the property, thus reducing the chances of an unhappy visit for your tenants. In cases where MARBELLA MAN FRIDAY has co-ordinated the rental this key holding service charge is waived
